The pool area was great, but the WiFi was spotty in our room.

huge, ideal room with a large bathroom, regular-sized refrigerator, for instance! handy location, only a short distance to everywhere. thoroughly enjoyed very very nice area. the restaurant was pleasant, with delicious food.

The WiFi was poor, only accessible in public areas and disconnecting frequently. The compatibility of the kitchenette left much to be desired, lacking basic items like wine glasses and condiments. Lastly, sound traveled easily between rooms due to thin wooden doors.

Location: the hotel was short walk to easy drive to other beach and a fantastic garden setting. The staff were very helpful and kept the place tidy...

we loved the stay, it was a very good experience. the location of the hotel was best possible - relatively near malecon. there were a shopping area and a supermarket around the property.

Hotel Santa Fee had a warm ambiance that I appreciated. The cleanliness stood out. Everything felt super clean. I enjoyed delicious pizza at the hotel's restaurant, a pleasant surprise. The pool area was inviting, comfortable, and always clean. It was great to unwind there after a day of exploring. I faced a few inconveniences, such as a flat pillow that I didn't address until late and poor WiFi connectivity in my room. While the service was typically attentive, I found some areas lacking, like the A/C not working as it should in one room. The inviting atmosphere and friendly employees created a nice experience, offsetting the minor hiccups I encountered.

The clean accommodations, pool area, and convenient corner store. The hot water was consistently great, too.

I enjoyed two wonderful days here with my family, especially the very nice heated pool and the delicious Italian dinner! the beds felt a bit small for our needs.

The studio wasnice and neat, and the location in central baja was perfect. The pool and hot tub were fantastic for relaxation after exploring. A standout was the friendly staff, especially camilo and eva. Plus, the minimart next door was super convenient for snacks and essentials.
